Terms of use

1. The service

Oshxona is browser-based ordering, cashier and reporting software for restaurants and cafés. It lets you take orders by table, print receipts, record payments, track expenses and view sales reports.

The app can run over the internet or on a local network when installed on the restaurant's own computer. Its features may be updated and change over time.

2. Account and staff

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information when you register.
• Do not share your login and password. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
• The administrator adds staff, sets their roles and permissions, and is responsible for their proper use of the app.
• If you notice unauthorised use of your account, change your password immediately and let us know.

3. Free trial

A newly registered restaurant can use the app free of charge for the period shown on the website. No card details are required for the trial. When the trial ends, you need to subscribe to keep using the app.

4. Plans and payment

• Plans and prices are listed in the “Pricing” section of the website. The price and terms of the Enterprise plan are agreed individually.
• To pay, you contact us. After payment your subscription is extended or you receive a license code, which you enter on the “Restaurant and subscription” page in the app.
• When a subscription ends, access to the app is restricted until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted in the meantime.
• Prices may change. A new price does not affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Prohibited actions

When using the app, you must not:

• use the app for unlawful purposes;
• try to access other restaurants' data or bypass the system's security;
• do anything that could disrupt the app or overload the server;
• copy, modify, sell or distribute the app or its code without permission;
• give or sell license codes to other restaurants.

6. Data

The data a restaurant enters into the app — menu, orders, reports and so on — belongs to the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for its accuracy. We process this data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

If the app is installed on the restaurant's own computer, backing up the data and protecting the computer are the restaurant's responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The Oshxona app, its code, design, name and logo belong to its authors. A subscription gives you the right to use the app in your restaurant, not ownership of it.

8. Liability

We work to keep the app running reliably, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted or have errors. We are not responsible for:

• interruptions caused by faults in the internet connection, power supply, computers, printers or other equipment;
• the consequences of staff entering incorrect data or sharing logins and passwords;
• indirect losses, including lost profits.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and data, write to us.

If these terms are seriously breached, we may restrict or suspend access to the account.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Changes are published on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top is changed. If you keep using the app after the changes, you accept the new terms.

11. Resolving disputes

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
